Introduction

The primary purpose of this assessment is to provide insight into the unique strengths and areas for improvement of your team. For an accurate and holistic analysis, we recommend that the entire team participates in the assessment. While the assessment itself can offer an interesting perspective, the most important aspect is the discussion it sparks around specific topics.
