Leadership Culture Assessment (engl.)

Introduction

The primary purpose of this assessment is to provide insight into the unique strengths and areas for improvement of your leadership team. For a more accurate and holistic analysis, we recommend that your entire team participates in the assessment. While the assessment itself can offer an interesting perspective, the most important aspect is the discussion it sparks around specific topics.

Instructions

• Please rate each statement. This is essential for an accurate scoring assessment.
• Please evaluate the statements honestly and as objectively as possible. Take your time to consider your answers, but don’t overthink each one. Your initial “gut feeling” is usually the best.
• When answering questions about the “team,” please focus only on your leadership team, not the entire organization.
• Use the scale from 1 to 5 below to indicate how each statement applies to your leadership team. Please remember to use the full scale to provide the most accurate response.
• The assessment should take no longer than 15 minutes.
